Patient Trust

Why Patients Trust Prof. Dr. Muhammad Irshad Malik

01

History and Assessment Before Treatment

Each consultation begins with a detailed review of the patient's symptoms, how long they have been present, what has already been tried, and any relevant medical history. The examination and treatment discussion follow after this assessment, not before it.

02

Clear Explanation of Findings and Options

After examination and any necessary investigations, the findings are explained in straightforward language. Where a diagnosis can be established, the treatment options are discussed clearly so the patient understands what the condition is, what caused it, and what the recommended next steps involve.

03

Treatment Based on Clinical Findings

Surgical treatment is considered when symptoms, examination findings, recurrence, or other clinical factors make it appropriate. Not every ENT condition requires surgery. Where medical management or monitoring is the right course, that is the recommendation, explained with the relevant reasoning.

04

Coordinated Care for Complex Cases

For cochlear implant assessments, head and neck conditions, and thyroid surgery, care is coordinated with relevant specialists and allied health professionals, including audiologists, speech therapists, radiologists, and oncologists, based on each patient's clinical needs.
